About the Programme
The Clemios Academy is a structured engineering training programme that prepares high-potential graduates for careers in IT and embedded systems. The programme is delivered by a consortium led by adorsys and Clemios, with academic partnership from Université des Montagnes.
adorsys is a German technology company and the lead training partner for the programme. Clemios is the operations manager and co-training partner, responsible for the Embedded Software Development track. Both companies, along with other German and Cameroonian industry partners, form the training consortium.
The programme duration has been refined based on real outcomes. Cohort 1 ran for 12 months. After observing that graduates needed more preparation time before working on real-world projects, Cohort 2 was extended to 18 months. Cohort 3 retains the 18-month training structure and adds a 6-month managed internship with consortium partners, for a planned total of 24 months.
The foundational curriculum covers Cloud Computing, DevOps, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, Agile Methodologies, and Professional Technical English. Advanced specialisations include Embedded Software Development, AI-Assisted Development, Rust Programming, Blockchain Applications, Data Science and MLOps, and Ethics and AI Safety.
