Engineering in Action

OCPP Integration for a German Charger OEM

Integrated OCPP 2.0.1 into a new DC fast charger platform. Delivered protocol conformance, backend connectivity, and field-ready firmware across multiple charger variants.

Significantly faster commissioning vs. previous generation

Embedded Test Automation for a Healthcare Device Manufacturer

Built an automated unit testing pipeline for safety-critical MCU firmware. Replaced manual verification with CI-gated tests covering CAN bus, temperature compensation, and EEPROM integrity.

~85% reduction in manual test effort (estimated)

Communication Protocol Fix for an Industrial Systems Integrator

Diagnosed and resolved Modbus RTU timing issues causing intermittent data loss in a multi-device industrial network. Implemented deterministic task scheduling and time synchronisation.

Zero data loss after deployment
